How to reach the Mr Create team.
If you're stuck, spotted something odd, or just have a question, we'd like to hear from you. The fastest way to reach the team is email: support@mrcreate.co.
Contact us from inside the app#
- Click Contact support in the left sidebar footer, below Settings.
- Add an optional Subject, type your Message, and click Send message.
We reply by email to the address you signed in with, so there's no need to type it in.
Right above it, the Documentation button opens these docs in a new tab, so it's also the quickest route back here while you're working.
What to include in your message#
The more context you give us, the faster we can help. Where it applies, include:
- The name of the business (workspace) where it happened.
- What you were trying to do, and what you clicked.
- The exact text of any error message you saw.
- A screenshot or two, if you can.
- The email address you signed in with, if you're writing from a different one.
Forgot your password? You don't need to email us — on the sign-in page, enter your email and click Forgot password? to get a reset link. See FAQ & troubleshooting. Email address changes aren't self-serve yet; for those, email us from the address on your account so we can verify it's you.
